Director of Client Services
Kendra Reynolds fulfills a critical role at TeleNet —helping to ensure our campaign development and deliverables meet and exceed the goals of our clients. Leading TeleNet’s team of highly skilled program directors, Kendra is responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, while working closely with our director of call center strategy, Tim Goodwin, to ensure successful campaign execution. Her ability to balance critical thinking with creative execution is a driving force behind her success.
Prior to moving into the role of director of client services, Kendra led TeleNet’s human resources and recruiting efforts. As a people-centered business, Kendra’s extensive background in human resources is a distinct asset in her current role. She holds a bachelor of business administration from the University of North Georgia, as well as a master’s degree from Ohio University.
