Director of Call Center Strategy
Tim Goodwin’s drive for success has earned him a leadership position in TeleNet’s operations department as our director of call center strategy. Responsible for continually improving productivity, while maintaining TeleNet’s high quality standards, Tim leads our exceptional group of program supervisors and quality assurance specialists. Focusing on three fundamentals: collaborative teamwork, passion for excellence and recognition and reward, Tim works hand-in-hand with Kendra Reynolds, director of client services and Heidi Pierce, manager of human resources, to create and manage a world-class team of lead development representatives (LDRs).
Receiving multiple promotions during his tenure at TeleNet, Tim has learned our business from the ground up, starting his marketing career as a lead development representative in 2011. Prior to joining TeleNet, his resume boasts nearly a decade of personnel and sales management experience. Tim earned his bachelor degree from Florida State University and holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix.
