ATHENS, Georgia (Oct. 4, 2019) — Earlier today TeleNet Marketing Solutions celebrated its 20th year in business during an all-employee reception at the Oconee County Civic Center. TeleNet is an Athens, Georgia-based business to business (B2B) marketing teleservices company.
Two decades ago, the organization was established with three founding employees, a 1,200-square-foot office space and a short list of client leads. Within two months, TeleNet landed its first client: a Fortune 100 technology heavyweight.
Fast forward to today, the company has more than 270 employees, two offices totaling 28,000 square feet, and a roster of more than 25 high-profile clients — including that first heavyweight client, a relationship that has spanned 20 years.
As many aspects of the B2B teleservices industry have changed since TeleNet first opened its doors in 1999, some things have remained the same, like the importance of human-to-human interactions and TeleNet’s emphasis on quality over quantity.
