Now, six months later, we have just finished a detailed analysis of the lead conversion rates on several recent programs that targeted commercial markets as well as government & education markets for one of our clients. The results of the comparison are intriguing. The list to lead conversion rate (defined as the number of leads derived from a telemarketing list) was significantly higher – in many cases double – on the segment of the list targeting the government & education markets, compared to the commercial markets.
