Tim Goodwin’s in-depth understanding of our operations has earned him a key leadership position as our Director of Strategic Initiatives. In this role, he leads some of our most forward-thinking projects, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and business intelligence (BI).
Tim’s journey at TeleNet reflects his dedication and growth. Starting as a lead development representative (LDR) in 2011 and receiving several promotions, he has learned our business from the ground up. Before joining TeleNet, Tim’s resume boasts a decade of personnel management and sales experience. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix.
