Krystal has an extensive background in customer service and account and team management. Before joining TeleNet, she enjoyed a long tenure supporting customers in a goal-oriented management role at JP Morgan Chase Bank. More recently, she managed a team and encouraged consistent performance at Atlanta Flooring.
Her roles have necessitated accuracy and attention to detail. She leverages these skills at TeleNet to work with the internal team and our clients, identifying areas for optimization and proactively presenting solutions. Krystal has been a fantastic addition to TeleNet, supporting our client’s customer experience and loyalty initiatives.
