BOGART, Ga. (Jan. 16, 2014) – TeleNet Marketing Solutions expanded not once but twice in 2013.
The business-to-business teleprospecting firm, which employs more than 300, starts 2014 with 90 more seats in its call center. To lead the expanded staff, TeleNet has added a program manager, trainer and five more call center supervisors.
The expansion comes as TeleNet saw its revenues increase by more than 7 percent in 2013, marking the ninth-straight year of growth for the business-to-business teleprospecting firm. During the year, the firm added six new clients, all of them in the technology and logistics industries.
“As the high-tech market has improved, companies are looking to get more results, and marketing and sales professionals are seeking new, higher level job opportunities,” said TeleNet Vice President of Sales and Marketing Kathy Rizzo. “And TeleNet has benefited from that.”
In addition to now providing lead generation and nurturing services to clients in the third-party logistics industry, TeleNet has seen its scope of work grow in the technology industry, as some existing clients have recommended the firm to new ones.
Over 30 companies – most of them in the high-tech sector – rely on TeleNet for generating and nurturing leads. The firm is constantly finding innovative teleprospecting approaches, which have led to long-term success, said Gregg Garrett, TeleNet’s chief executive officer and co-founder.
The goal for every client is to not only generate and nurture business leads but also determine the right lead-to sales handoff for their organization, he added.
“We strive to ensure a maximum return on investment for our clients,” Garrett said. “That’s why so many of them stay with us.”
