Jené Brown has a passion for collaborating with marketers to create customized teleprospecting campaigns that drive revenue and increase ROI. Hired in 2010, Jené worked in both TeleNet’s operations department and our program management organization, before joining the account executive team in 2014. Her hands-on experience in campaign management and execution allows her to utilize a consultative approach, advising her clients and prospects on the most effective teleprospecting strategies to obtain specific goals.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, and currently studying Portuguese, Jené is also a knowledgeable consultant for our clients who are focused on multinational lead generation efforts, targeting North America and Latin American countries.
Prior to TeleNet, Jené’s resume boasts more than a decade of customer service and sales experience. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Grand Valley State University.
